Non-Surgical treatments

Aesthetic treatments are provided by Linda Miles RGN. BS c Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber. She prides herself on the importance of client care and safe practice by providing a 5 star quality service. Linda has over 7 years experience in Aesthetics and has worked with eminent Harley Street doctors and for Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group in Birmingham. She therefore has a wealth of experience and knowledge about Non-Surgical Aesthetic treatments.

Linda believes that clients deserve the best individual care and attention by a highly qualified nurse. At the free consultation, Linda works with her clients to decide on the most appropriate treatments in order to achieve the best natural look possible.

Qualifications.

At our clinic, we pride ourselves on providing the best standards and practice tailored to meet the client’s needs. Linda has had 20 years of nursing experience in surgery and medicine before entering the Aesthetic industry in 2007. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Royal College of Nursing.

She holds numerous advanced training certificates in Botox ® for excessive under arm and hand sweating and facial line and wrinkle softening injections, Dermal fillers for facial lines, lip and cheek enhancements, back of hands and décolletage area, Chemical Peels for skin rejuvenation and Dermaroller treatment for acne scarring and stretch marks.

Linda is also a Nurse Prescriber therefore practicing legally within the Aesthetic Industry’s Laws and Policies.

The Client’s Journey

The client makes an initial appointment for a free consultation by calling Linda on 07786 233 178 or they can make an appointment at Reception. She will then discuss the client’s requirements and what they want to achieve.

Linda believes that if we can get the beginning of the journey right, then the rest will flow and a good outcome achieved.

Linda makes every effort to provide a relaxing environment to put her clients at ease. The client is asked to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure that you are suitable for treatment and if the client decides to go ahead, then they can have treatment on the day, or they can have time to consider and return at a later date.

Clients must be perfectly matched to a product to meet their needs. We are happy to boast that 95% of our clients are very happy with their treatment and return for more.

What happens if you are not happy....

1. Please tell us at the first possible opportunity if you are unhappy with any aspect of your visit.

2. We take all feedback very seriously and will make sure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

3. Our policy is not to refund but to make sure you leave feeling happy, therefore we need the opportunity to work on any problems.

4. Please make sure that you:

a. Ideally let us know if you are unhappy before you leave the salon, that way we can solve any issues immediately.

b. Call/Return to the salon as soon as possible if you become unhappy after you have left.

c. Do not change what we have done, so that we can assess the problem accurately and resolve any concerns.

d. Do not attempt any home remedies as this may hamper any immediate attempt we can make to help the situation.
